DexLab Analytics Conducts an Intensive 2-Days Workshop on Automation in MS Excel

GURGAON, India - Dec. 16, 2019 - PRLog -- DexLab Analytics is conducting an elaborate workshop on automation of Spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel that focuses on Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). The VBA is a form of the Virtual Basic Programming Language integrated into all Microsoft Office products. The workshop will take place on 28^th and 29^th December 2019 (Saturday and Sunday) from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM at the institute's Gurgaon office.

A subset of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is a popular software program that helps users arrange, format and estimate data with formulas with an incredible spreadsheet system. Like other spreadsheet applications, Excel features a collection of cells divided into rows and columns that eventually organizes and manipulates data.

The users can create add-on components within their basic Excel spreadsheet to create additional functionality.  If they give instructions to Excel in a VBA language, Excel will do what they tell it to do. At times, VBA can get a bit complicated, but knowing how to create basic code and functionality can improve the spreadsheet's usefulness and automate certain activity that would take hours.

In a nutshell, VBA is the tool that people use to develop programs to control Excel. VBA is an event-driven tool, which means that anyone can use it to tell the computer to initiate an action or string of actions.
