Concierge Auctions Breaks Two Records in Sundance for Highest Sale Prices in Last Five Years in Partnership with Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers

NEW YORK - Feb. 4, 2020 - PRLog -- Two mountain homes in Sundance, Utah, successfully sold at No Reserve auctions last week via Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers Park City. When closed, the sales will mark the two highest sales in Sundance in the last 5 years.

The sale of the two properties marks the fifth consecutive year the firm has been active in the state, averaging a sale price of $4.96 million.
