The showcase featured luxury properties spanning 3 countries and 3 U.S. states. A qualified pool of bidders from 10 states and four countries participated in the sale.

The sale in Arizona is Concierge Auctions' first portfolio sale following its strongest year ever. In 2019, the firm exceeded $2.5 billion in historic sales, with an average sale price of $4 million, and its digital bidding platform processed nearly $3.4 billion in competitive bids. Year-over-year the firm saw a 29% growth, from 143 auctions in 2018 to 185 in 2019.
