ABS Renew Power participates in India Impact Forum

MUMBAI, India - Feb. 21, 2020 - PRLog -- Understanding the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility in India, ABS Renew Power exhibited in India Impact Forum to address major multinational companies about the benefits of powering rural communities through solar energy. The exhibition took place in Hotel Hyatt Regency, Mumbai, Maharashtra on 5^th February with over 300 participants and 40 exhibitors. The aim of the exhibition was to help companies develop smart strategies to manage their social and environmental responsibilities. The forum offered opportunities of partnering with corporates to achieve ABS Renew Power's vision of powering rural areas with reliable solar energy.

Mr. Bhomik Shah, CEO of CSRBOX spoke about how India Impact Forum acted as a common lens among companies, non-profits, philanthropists and government to look after social impact and development work everyone was doing. Bringing everyone together gives companies a universal approach to prioritize their areas of interest and geographical scope of CSR projects. There were another 65 speakers that spoke on the importance of planning and achieving their sustainable development goals (SDG).

ABS Renew Power participated in the exhibition to talk about the scope of electrifying rural communities. They also highlighted the impacts of solar installation in rural communities by showcasing their scope of projects commissioned. By impacting more than 20 tribes and 28,000 lives with solar, ABS Renew Power gained lot of traction from multiple organizations to collaborate for their upcoming CSR initiatives. Understanding that one solar project can continue to impact lives for more than 20 years, it helps lot companies achieve their sustainable development goals in the long run.
