ViitorCloud showcases VR & Hologram solutions at DefExpo 2020

AHMEDABAD, India - Feb. 25, 2020 - PRLog -- ViitorCloud, at the recently held Defence Expo 2020 showcased its solutions to add digital capabilities for 3-dimensional geographic intelligence by utilizing virtual reality and hologram technologies. The 11th biennial edition of DefExpo India- 2020 was held for the first time in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow. Domestic and overseas companies at the 11th biennial Defence Expo in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh saw the adoption of AI, 3D printing, advanced materials like titanium aluminide, augmented reality, cloud and mobile analytics in defence increasing and showcased solutions.

"In 2018-19, defence exports were ₹10,745 crore, which was seven times the exports in 2016-17. Seeing the success of this Defence expo, I am sure that by 2024 we will achieve the target of five billion dollars in defence exports," Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said.

The event offered an excellent opportunity for the Indian defence industry to showcase its capabilities and promote its export potential. The main theme of the DefExpo India- 2020 was 'India: The Emerging Defence Manufacturing Hub' and focus will be on 'Digital Transformation of Defence'.
