Travel Center Feasibility Study Completed

DALLAS - Feb. 27, 2020 - PRLog -- Wert-Berater Companies, Inc. the leading provider of feasibility studies completed the feasibility study for the planned Iron Horse Travel Center to be of new construction located in Merkel, Texas.

The planned project is to provide fueling for cars, trucks and RVs.  The facility will include a 9,350 square foot convenience and travel store with about 2,600 square feet allocated for a casual dining restaurant.

Traffic counts along I-20 at the project were over 30,000 vehicles per day and increasing, thereby indicating economic opportunity for a new travel center.
