Introducing IFYA Expert, Kendall Ware, President & COO of Orange Leaf

LOS ANGELES - March 10, 2020 - PRLog -- Kendall Ware, President and Chief Operating Officer of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt has joined International Frozen Yogurt Association's panel of experts. An expert in franchise operations, training, and support, Kendall focuses on franchise partner and guest satisfaction. As an IFYA expert, Kendall will share his expertise with IFYA's frozen yogurt community.

Kendall was promoted to President and COO in February 2018. A recipient of Oklahoma's 30 under 30 award, Kendall has over 10 years of franchise leadership experience.

Under Kendall's leadership, Orange Leaf stores are experiencing some of the highest Same Store Sales months (year-over-year) in the brand's history. One of the more impressive strategic-initiatives he put in place to drive these positive same store sales was creating a co-brand concept for the Orange Leaf stores. Kendall led the team to create a new brand, Humble Donut Co., to create more sales opportunities for Orange Leaf locations. Humble Donut Co. now has 10 co-brand locations open and 6 coming soon. He is continually seeking more opportunities for strategic partnerships that will grow Orange Leaf. All of his efforts over the last two years has led to Orange Leaf earning a spot in the Franchise Times 200+ list in 2019, being one of only two frozen yogurt concepts listed.

Prior to his time at Orange Leaf, Ware developed his leadership experience at other franchised concepts such as CiCi's Pizza and Genghis Grill. During his tenure at CiCi's Pizza, Ware led training and operations initiatives to enhance product quality that resulted in an increase of guest satisfaction and same store sales growth for their nearly 500 restaurants. At Genghis Grill, Ware developed a comprehensive set of operating systems, processes and people that helped successfully grow their franchise from 7 locations to 100 within 4 years.
