Introducing the redesigned 2021 Cirrus 820 Truck CamperInterior and exterior updates have elevated the 2021 Cirrus 820
By: nuCamp Walking around the exterior of the Cirrus 820, one of the first things that literally jumps out is the lifted and revamped diamond plate basement. It comes complete with a unique 'step out' feature houses multiple batteries as well as an inverter. It was designed to eliminate dead space in the truck bed and removes any need for a riser kit. Other exterior changes include new SeaFlo baggage doors equipped with motion sensor lights, an all-new entry door step and previously excluded exterior LP hook up. Stepping into the unit, the design provides an open and airy environment. nuCamp has incorporated a lighter cabinet color along with lighting, update kitchen components and storage upgrades. The 820 also features a custom technology referred to as SmartCamp. It is an offline signal that allows the user to control multiple lighting options and the main fan from any smart device. The 820 is also equipped with many smart components that you can control Bluetooth via App - air conditioning, stereo, solar and awnings. While Cirrus has traditionally furnished many features, that other manufacturers offer as options, the 2021 model took it even one step further. "You are going to get everything you need when you purchase a 2021 Cirrus 820. We want to give you the best. We are not going to nickel and dime you with what we perceive to be as 'necessary options' - it all comes standard in the 820," remarked nuCamp CEO, Scott Hubble. He continued, "We looked back over the past year and a half of production on the Cirrus 820 and observed that nearly every unit had been ordered loaded with all of the options that we are now making standard." Currently, the only options available are a rear awning and replacing the standard, wall-mounted table with a smaller, flexible Lagun table system. nuCamp approached this project differently than ones previously – incorporating even more extensive research and testing. A Quality Standards team championed this project and tout it as the best product tip to tail that they have ever built. nuCamp has never been shy about trying something radical and it looks like the time they spent in the lab this time around might just result in another successful experiment. The Cirrus 820 is already moving off the production line and arriving at nuCamp dealers this month.
