Follow on Google News | Indiana Professionals Recovery Program 2020 Symposium "Who's Your Dealer?"By: Indiana Professionals Recovery Program IPRP became the provider and manager of the Indiana State Nursing Assistance Program (ISNAP) in June 2018. IPRP is a state-wide monitoring program for nurses and pharmacists who suffer from substance use disorder. The goal of the program is twofold: first, helping protect the health, safety, and welfare of patients that could be at risk from an impaired provider, and second, providing support, resources, advocacy, and accountability for health care professionals suffering from substance use disorder as they begin and continue their journey of sustained sobriety. The IPRP team is dedicated to helping the impaired provider remain accountable and dependable both during and after their time in the program, so they can overcome their addiction and ultimately return to the career they love. The 2020 Symposium is just one of the ways that IPRP aspires to continue providing resources and the most up-to-date information to those in the health and medical field. For more information on the symposium and to purchase tickets on Eventbrite, visit the IPRP website: www.inprp.org/ If you suspect an employee or co-worker is impaired, or you are struggling with substance use disorder, reach out today.
