Connected Women of Influence Announces Immediate Access for all members to Network Online

SAN DIEGO - March 27, 2020 - PRLog -- Connected Women of Influence was created to support Women in Leadership in California. CWI would like to announce that chapter activities will continue with the virtual happier hours, inner circle meetings, webinars, Women Lead TV, and Women Lead Radio. The San Diego Chapter's Women of Influence awards have been rescheduled for Wednesday August 5, 2020 from 11am - 2pm at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley. The Orange County Women of Influence Awards have been rescheduled for October 15, 2020 from 11am - 2pm at the Hilton Irving/Orange County Airport.  The Women of Influence Awards are a celebration of women and recognize women who lead the way in business, industry and enterprise, along with the organizations and individuals that champion women in leadership.

When asked about the changes at CWI, CEO Michelle Bergquist says: "As we wait to see how the COVID-19 Virus pans out, at CWI, we've been planning how we can rise to the challenge in keeping connected, supportive and relevant as a professional community during such uncertain times. We hosted our first CWI Virtual Happier Hour last Friday March 20, 2020 and it was a huge success! We are also hosting our new CWI Virtual Coffee Connections. We have been working diligently over the last week and communicating with a few members and sponsors to coordinate a series of online forums and online sessions that will be informative and timely. We also want these sessions to be interesting and knowledgeable on many, many topics that support both our personal and professional lives, including leadership and business. We encourage any woman in business considering a professional community to align with, in this challenging season, to consider applying to Connected Women of Influence.
