On the left side of the T, begin listing the things you will no longer tolerate on the job. Then on the right side, list the things that bring you joy. This exercise will help you clarify your next job search. 3. Know your value. Do a job search and then search the Bureau of Labor Statistics and see what others in your field or industry are earning. How does your current paycheck stack up? Be prepared to be asked, "What is your salary requirement."
