ASCEND 2020 Alumnae Barbara Jones CEO of Lillii RNB and Calvetta Phair CEO of ReferAll, LLC form teaming alliance to promote new technologies

ATLANTA - March 30, 2020 - PRLog -- Ascend 2020 was created through a grant from JPMorgan Chase's Small Business Forward initiative. The initiative supports small businesses with the potential to grow, to offer quality employment, and to create economic opportunity for vulnerable populations and their communities. In Atlanta, (where Ms. Jones and Ms. Phair met attending Cohorts I and II incubators respectively to complete their tech products); the grant went to the Morehouse College Entrepreneurship Center and Techsquare Labs, a startup hub with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Barbara Jones, CEO of Lillii RNB, Inc. founded the company in 2013 and it's one of the top System Integrators in the Retail Industry. Lillii RNB, Inc. is a retail IT Product and Services company providing System Integration, Staff Augmentation and Merchandise Returns management for Retailers. "Our client's need for POS developers as well as technical positions have increased tremendously. The teaming alliance with Calvetta will provide the recruitment for our company through her innovative referral staffing platform, ReferAll," states Ms. Jones.

Calvetta Phair, CEO of ReferAll, LLC, founded the company in 2019. Based on Ms. Phair's staffing experience, she found that over 45% of employee hires resulted from referrals. "Referred candidates offer longevity and higher morale in a company – yet companies still spend more money on job boards instead of employee referral programs," states Ms. Phair. Therefore, Ms. Phair created ReferAll accompanied with a 'social enterprise' component to provide free online job resources, and STEM-related community and corporate events to assist in employee engagement programs with empowering individuals through robust career fairs.

Both companies are currently in ASCEND 2020 Cohort III which will provide market launch assistance for both products and strategies for winning federal and corporate procurement opportunities. The alliance forms two distinctive companies following the path of true minority and women-owned business entrepreneurship.
