After getting through the fundamental issues of creating an accounting firm, now you have to figure out how to sell and service clients. Nucleus takes the risk out of starting your own firm. Participants will have in-person, retreat-style training to help kick start their entrepreneurial journey with High Rock Accounting. Sample topics covered, but not limited, to are: Sales process Soft skills Networking Building value Problem-solving Change management Leadership skills Coaching Project management Back office processes Implementation Being an advisor Negotiations Your in-person training will also include one on one time with members of the High Rock Accounting C-Team. Learn through hands-on experience by joining them on prospect meetings, sales calls, handling escalations, and networking events. High Rock will also provide back-office support to help take care of bookkeeping, month-end close-outs, accounts receivable, and detail reviews. Followed by supporting you in building your book of business by ensuring marketing is done in your specialized niche. This will include social media, targeted ads, and other sources. Nucleus participants will also be provided with High Rock Accounting branded business cards, letterheads, active listing on our website, and an industry page build-out.
