Heritage Lifecare COVID-19 Update: Letter To Families & Friends, 1 April 2020

April 1, 2020 - PRLog -- We have implemented a number of policies and guidelines into our Care Homes & Villages, to promote resident and staff safety throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to providing you with frequent updates and informing you of these changes over this time. We hope that this will alleviate some stress from you, but we continue to encourage you to contact us at any time if you have any worries or concerns.

The staff at Heritage are doing everything they can to ensure your loved ones are kept safe, well and in good spirits. We understand this is an unprecedented and frightening time for everyone, and we thank-you for your patience and understanding throughout this period of adjustment.

Over this time, we encourage you to keep in contact with your loved one. Whether this is a phone call, a text, a letter or through a video call, I'm sure your updates will be appreciated and enjoyed.
