(USC) In light of this, USC has shifted the focus of their upcoming CME course on stress management and burnout prevention, and now targeted it toward this immediate COVID-19 crisis. USC will now focus on mental health and coping during COVID-19. Their CME seminar has been revamped to help healthcare workers specifically facing the unique and potentially overwhelming anxiety, tension, and challenges created amidst this pandemic – how to get through it with more peace and calm to take care of yourself and your family, as well as show up and do what you need to do at work.
