Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Gina L. Miller and David J. King to the Orange County Office

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - April 8, 2020 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to welcome new employment partner Gina L. Miller and new real estate attorney David J. King to the Orange County office. Miller and King joined the firm in February 2020 and March 2020 respectively.

Miller comes to Snell & Wilmer from Call & Jensen as a partner with experience in complex wage and hour class actions, as well as single plaintiff lawsuits in the areas of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment and breach of contract. She has represented clients before the Labor Commissioner and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Miller graduated from Westmont College with a B.A. in communications and received her J.D. at the University of San Diego School of Law. She has been an active member of National Charity League Juniors since 2015 and has been a board member of the same organization for the last two years. King brings over 20 years of experience practicing law to Snell & Wilmer's real estate group. He focuses his practice on all manner of commercial real estate leasing transactions, including office space, retail, mixed-use, lifestyle/entertainment centers, hospitality and development and operations for some of the largest landlords and tenants in the country.
