Collier writes, "When you think about all the brave people working on the front lines," says Collier, "particularly those in the supermarkets, you have to wonder if they are legally prepared for the worst-case scenario." She goes on to pose a serious of question. "Do you suppose they all have designated a Financial Power of Attorney, or a Health Care Power of Attorney?" She asks, "Do you suppose these dear people have a will?" According to Collier, "My guess is that the majority of these brave people who are putting their lives on the line everyday so that we can continue to access food, do not have any of these documents. If any of them were to become ill with COVID-19 and God forbid, not recover, would their families and loved ones know what they would want to do with their belongings?"
