Social Distancing App Offers Additional Line Control

INDIANAPOLIS - May 8, 2020 - PRLog -- This week Andromeda Galactic Solutions released an update to its new progressive web application (PWA), Queue Saver, a solution for social distancing concerns within public spaces. Businesses can now choose between two queue types, automatic and managed, for each of their business locations.

Queue Saver was created for businesses adjusting and re-emerging into the economy following the COVID-19 pandemic. The PWA is a zero-contact, real-time system which can be used from any cell phone with no download. With Queue Saver, customers may come and go as normal until the business capacity has been reached, at which point they use their smartphone to quickly get in line - either by scanning a QR code or visiting queuesaver.com.

The release was in consideration of how industries may use a virtual line in different ways. Stores with a defined maximum capacity can use the automatic queue type to instantly alert patrons when they're at the head of the line. Waiting lobbies and curbside pickup can use the managed type of Queue Saver to manually notify customers of their appointments and order readiness.
