And to have this with my staff and to hear their personal stories has made me realize how we can work better together as an organization to support each other and to be sensitive to our differences," Spurred by the recent media coverage of Ahmaud Arbery, the 25-year-old African American man who was unjustly murdered in Georgia while out on a neighborhood run, Cohen (an avid runner himself) wanted to do more to show his support and bring about change.
