She will be splitting her time between Montreal, Toronto and Idea Rebel's office headquarters in Vancouver.

As partner and head of Digital Marketing & Media, Avril will be driving the tech-forward growth of Idea Rebel's agency trading desk and brand marketing strategy, content & community management services.

Most recently President of Vancouver-based Flypixl Media, Avril has over 10 years experience in growing streamlined marketing and media solutions using global industry-leading ad tech. Collaborative and engaged, Avril brings a breadth of experience from all sides of the table, having worked brand, vendor and agency side. She brings an integrated understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem; always with a collaborative and partnership-based approach to client work. She has led account teams and driven ROI on the agency side for brands such as Camelback, USTA's US Open, Destination Canada, Jarlsberg, Toyota, Destination BC, Kit and Ace and SoFi.
