Extreme Poverty Rates: Females 25 - 34 Largest Demographic Living in Poverty. According to the Census Bureau, 16% of the population for whom poverty status is determined in Duval County, FL (143k out of 891k people) live below the poverty line, a number that is higher than the national average of 13.1%. The largest demographic living in poverty are Females 25 - 34, followed by Females 18 - 24 and then Females 35 - 44. Safe Future Foundation addresses diaper needs in Duval County, as well as surrounding counties, by providing diapers and diapering supplies to families and mother's in need. We collect diapers, pull-ups, training pants, wipes, and formula. We also collect monetary donations, which are used to purchase these supplies at discount prices. *Safe Future Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization.
