Residential Subdivision Atlanta, GA Feasibility Study Completed

ATLANTA - June 13, 2020 - PRLog -- Wert-Berater, Inc. was engaged to provide a feasibility study for a 42 house development project in Atlanta, Georgia.  The plan called for 0.25 Acre lots within a private mid-scale $400,000 to $600,000 homes development.  The project was in the financing phase as the 13 acre grouping of parcels had been purchased in an assemblage and all entitlements in place as of the effective date of this feasibility study.

The management of the development company required a third party unbiased feasibility study that included the following analysis:

1. House price trends per square foot in the market area.
2. Survey of competitive new construction residential subdivisions.
3. Estimated sell-out absorption rate for the planned project.
4. Financial pro forma for the sell-out that included land residual and bulk sell-out analysis developed through Discounted Cash Flow Analysis.
5. Project SWOT.

As the feasibility study progressed, the staff at Wert-Berater, Inc. provided initial findings with the management of the development company to help them with the proper house mixture to maximize profits and financial feasibility.

After the initial consulting, the management of the development company made revisions to their plan in accordance with our market and financial analysis whereby the house plan mixture was adjusted.
