More Restaurant Assets as Part of $300M Gina Champion-Cain Fraud Case Will Be Up For Auction

SAN DIEGO - June 15, 2020 - PRLog -- More assets from restaurants and rentals that were once owned and operated by Gina Champion-Cain are being auctioned off on behalf of the receiver in the ANI Development court case. This is part of the continuous effort to recover millions of dollars as part of a fraud case.

Hundreds of items in this auction include a food truck, coffee roaster, commercial restaurant equipment, furniture, decor, sports memorabilia, photo equipment, IT equipment, computers, over 1000 bottles of liquor, and much more. This is an online auction hosted by San Diego-based auction house, Cal Auctions. The auction is online now and will end on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.

Bidders are already able to view the online catalog, register for the auction, and place bids on any of the items. Cal Auctions will host a preview day to the public on June 22, 2020 from 8:30AM-3:30PM. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the inspection of items will be by appointment only. In addition, a special preview day for media will be available on June 17-19 by appointment.

Gina Champion-Cain of The Patio Group was a noted restaurateur who owned a large portfolio of restaurants located throughout San Diego County. Many restaurant items have already been auctioned off by Cal Auctions earlier this year.
