Noting his own career experience, Hoffmann said, "I consider myself very fortunate that I had the opportunity to have worked and to work with great leaders who taught me so much. Learning new things is one of the great gifts in life that never stops. I am always looking forward to sharing what I've learned with others." Larry Savvides, Mizner Country Club's General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, shared, "We are extremely fortunate to have Marc's talents and expertise contributing to our food & beverage operations. His knowledge and enthusiasm have helped create an all-encompassing sensory experience for our club members. I know that the students who attended his course will walk away with the knowledge that they will carry with them throughout their careers." Mizner Country Club is one of Delray's premier country club communities consisting of over 470 classic Mediterranean architecture luxury homes. It is surrounded by a new championship 18-hole golf course. Mizner Country Club recently achieved Platinum status by the Platinum Club of America and is recognized as a Distinguished Club of the World.
