Paducah, Kentucky should feel a sense of pride for one of its own. Candace Woodson, a Paducah hometown native, has recently released her latest single "Out of Control". The track relates to the recent events taking place in our world today in relations to the COVID-19 pandemic, unjust policing in many of our cities, and the civil unrest we see and hear about in the news. The track has already gone global in part to The Urban Influencer, an online portal where the hottest new music artists are introduced to the masses. The track itself was written by Candace Woodson & Crissy Wix. The video was done by Keagan Thein and edited by Krucifix Productions.

Out of Control" comes off heels of her highly anticipated album "Desire" released back on July 19, 2019 on Expansion Records. The 10-track album garnered attention from fans locally and overseas as well as industry leaders who dubbed Woodson as the "Queen of Sophisticated Soul". A title well deserved due to her melodic voice and the message she delivers in her lyrics.

In no way is Woodson done for 2020. Currently she is in the studio working on more inspirational tracks that we hope will be released soon. Woodson looks to further her fanbase even further and create more music that will promote unity, peace, and justice around the world.
