HARTFORD / WATERBURY, Conn. - Aug. 13, 2020 - PRLog -- The new reality for US parents is that they are now new teachers, ready or not. Parents are not certified, skilled at educational delivery, and no staff training. What will happen if even the most sophisticated parents find out that the real reality is, they are not educators.

Here are three types of parents who may become successful in their new duo role as parent-facilitator (for FREE):

1. Parents who have the wherewithal able to work from home with the discipline, energy, and willingness to get involved in their child's education

2. Parents who have robust support systems and have cared for kids or other resources making it affordable to enroll their children in alternative day-programs

3. Parents who can afford "private tutorial and mentoring programs."

Will Anthony and other parents like him find success in juggling home-life and working from home as a full-time teacher? Not sure yet, but here's a video speaking to the contribution of teachers before the pandemic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5s2iO5BffXw

Eventually, teaching became a passion for Anthony while at Post University, and then he learned how to research for purpose, created modules to design, and develop award-winning training materials.

Anthony spent several years as a full-time trainer, developing or co-authoring training for Fatherhood, Professionalism, Cultural Competency, Trauma, Working with Adolescents, Family-Centered Assessment, and Human Trafficking, to name a few.

Anthony Gay is in the "Hot-Seat" this week, taking questions from exhausted parents, fatherhood, and becoming a teacher to children during COVID. He's an educator, entrepreneur, and writer. His organization, Welcome 2 Reality, focuses on changing the overall narrative of today's youth.
