(Collectively referred to herein as the "Companies") – Appointment of Joint Provisional Liquidators We, the Bermuda Monetary Authority ("Authority"), are writing to you as a policyholder, policyholder representative or complainant relative to the Companies or any of them. We wish to inform you that we filed a winding-up petition in the Bermuda Court against each of the Companies, on Friday, 18 September 2020, along with applications to appoint joint and several provisional liquidators ("JPLs") of each of the Companies.
