GOSHEN, N.Y. - Oct. 13, 2020 - PRLog -- Brad Domenico and Gabby Cali of Progress Capital secured a $10,000,000 loan for Wainco Realty to refinance the existing mortgage on a 3-building multifamily property located at 100-300 Canter Ct. & 295-297 W. Main St., Goshen, NY.

Brad and Gabby worked with TD Bank and negotiated loan terms that included a 2.25% interest rate fixed for 10 years with a 30 year amortization.
