Thompson Realty Capital and Trez Capital Break Ground on New Apartment Community Outside Austin

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas - Oct. 13, 2020 - PRLog -- A partnership between Thompson Realty Capital (https://www.thompson-realty.com/homepage.aspx) and Trez Capital (https://www.trezcapital.com/) has broken ground on a new apartment community that will be called The Dalton. The partnership is developing the 21-acre luxury apartment community located in Pflugerville, a growing suburb just outside Austin and adjacent to neighboring Round Rock. Financing for the project was provided by Texas Capital Bank.
