Partnership With UIT: Providing Services With Easy Doorstep Delivery

In order to offer optimal service, we worked closely with UIT, Udaipur to build a process that will blend technology along with the human touch, providing much needed Government to Citizen services, right at people's home.

Thus, in this case, in order to make the interaction process of citizens with UIT effortless, we worked closely with the officials, and came out with top 5 key problem areas needing people to go poles to posts for their property registration process.

Furthermore, for easy doorstep delivery, we have setup a custom relationship management tool, a dedicated Call Centre where citizens of Udaipur can connect with support executives, to explain their needs, and the executives can detail the process and documents required. Once the citizen is ready with the documents for the processing, our team sets up a time with them, and provide doorstep delivery of services.

With this collaboration, FiveS Digital has powered UIT, Udaipur to provide first of its kind service in Rajasthan for citizens with a digital platform where they can benefit from the various doorstep delivery services without making any stringent efforts.
