Colorado Winery Offers Seasonal Mulled Wine, Heart Warmer, in Limited Release Pouches

PALMER LAKE, Colo. - Nov. 10, 2020 - PRLog -- "Like gluhwein, only better!" Evergood Elixirs is pleased to announce the release of its newest wine, Heart Warmer. A delicious mulled cranberry lemon wine best served hot, it is available as a Limited Release seasonal wine.

"We are stoked to get our mulled cranberry lemon wine, Heart Warmer, out to liquor stores and restaurants across Colorado Springs," says vintner and founder, Matthew Hexter. "When we sampled guests, so many said, 'It tastes like gluhwein, only better!'" and "It smells so good and tastes amazing!"

Evergood Elixirs is hosting a Heart Warmer Release Party Saturday, November 14 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at their winery located at 613 County Line Road, Palmer Lake, Colorado. The outdoor event features free samples (21+), discount prices and a festive atmosphere.

Heart Warmer is uniquely packaged in 1.5 liter pouches, equivalent to six 8-ounce servings. Like all mulled wines, Heart Warmer is meant to be drunk warm from a mug. The entire contents of a pouch can be poured into a crockpot for serving a group. The pouch also has a spout so a single serving can be warmed in a microwave or on a stovetop.

"For holiday parties, family gatherings and apres-ski events, Heart Warmer's seasonal flavors and pouch delivery is perfect," says Hexter. "We know it will be enjoyed by families and friends all ski season long. One well-known restaurant has even added it to their brunch menu."

Mulled wines are popular in Europe, traditionally served warm at Christmas markets and holiday gatherings. However, German gluhwein and Scandanavian glogg are based on heavy red wines. Refreshingly different, Heart Warmer is a lightly spiced and zesty citrus wine at 7.3% ABV.

Heart Warmer joins four other wines in the winery's portfolio. All of Evergood Elixirs' wines are made from lemons, not grapes, yet fermented in a manner like traditional grape wines. Each is gluten-free, vegan and low in carbs. Their wines are available at over 300 liquor stores across Colorado.
