Pallett Valo grows its Commercial Litigation practice with an additional hire

TORONTO - Nov. 30, 2020 - PRLog -- Pallett Valo LLP, the largest law firm in Peel Region, is pleased to welcome Rita Benjamen as a member of its Commercial Litigation Practice.

Rita's expertise includes business litigation disputes, real estate litigation, commercial tenancy disputes, defamation, product liability, expropriation, shareholder disputes, and contractual disputes.

Rita has handled disputes surrounding the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of real estate, as well as negligence claims, asset and debt recovery cases, and product liability cases. In addition, Rita represents clients through various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations.

Acting for individuals and businesses, her clients range from family-owned enterprises to large multinational corporations. Rita also represents clients in corporate and shareholder litigation, including oppression claims.

Rita regularly appears before all Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court. She also represents clients before various administrative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board.
