Premix production facilities

The premix plant features a computerised manufacturing hardware by Buhler, Ag Switzerland and consists of two Forberg mixers, each one having a capacity of 1.5 metric ton. The mixers use the Fluidized Zone Mixing System which provides homogenous mix in short span of time thereby preventing heat generation in each mix, avoiding degradation of vitamins and minerals and hence offering high-quality premixes.

Zagro's whole manufacturing process follows a stringent quality assurance which is carried out daily by its Quality Assurance team and with the help of laboratory specialists from SAC-SINGLAS accredited Pacific Lab Services, the laboratory arm of Zagro which performs a comprehensive range of tests for different needs.
