SAN FRANCISCO - Dec. 4, 2020 - PRLog -- People are starving for humanity, the experience of kindness in our workplaces, in our community and at home.

Let's show people that we aren't afraid to show our compassion, empathy, kindness, let's hold them accountable by helping them create a credible plan to achieve this action. The Kindness Pledge. Treat it as a benefit rather than a threat to the bottom line.

We all talk about ways to improve our workplace culture, the feedback  from business owners and leaders of companies is what would we get if we did improved or strengthen our workplace?  The famous question.. What's our ROI? Which really means if I invest by implementing kindness, compassion, empathy into our work, what would I get in return from this?  What if you don't do it?

What's my benefit? What is the bottom line?

The bottom line is that you will have a higher performing organization - which includes making a honest profit.

The Kindness@Work Conferences are produced so attendees can be a part of the discussions, learn from professionals who are doing this already with their clients, they can speak to you about the kind of results and benefits their clients are getting.
