ERA Wilder Realty Irmo Branch Raises Over $9,000 For The MDA

IRMO, S.C. - Dec. 11, 2020 - PRLog -- The Irmo ERA Wilder Realty office raised over $9,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association at their 2nd annual "Battle of the Bands."

Under the leadership of agent Dana Vann, the Irmo team worked their way diligently through several challenges to ensure the success of the "Battle of the Bands" at the amphitheater in Lexington. The even went over wonderfully considering schedule changes, location issues and COVID-19 concerns that Vann and her team were able to overcome. There was a fantastic turnout of over 200 socially distanced attendees and more than $9,000 raised in support of the MDA.

Families of all ages and sizes were in attendance to hear performances by three bands in competition for best in show. A local gymnastics team also performed and food and beverages were available as well. Raffle tickets for various items were donated by a myriad of local businesses and companies and Freeway Music-Lexington, the headlining sponsor, partnered with ERA Wilder to do all backlines and provide equipment – the show could not go on without them.

Plans are already underway for next year's "Battle of the Bands" and the support of sponsors, participants and attendees is greatly appreciated.
