Jessica Wibben Joins North Highland as Associate Vice President

ATLANTA - Jan. 5, 2021 - PRLog -- Leading change and transformation consultancy North Highland (https://www.northhighland.com/) is excited to announce that Jessica Wibben is joining the firm as Associate Vice President. Based in Nashville, Wibben will lead retail-focused clients in their strategies to drive innovation and lasting solutions, along with supporting firm growth through a people-focused lens.

Prior to joining North Highland, Wibben served as a director for Alight Solutions, where she led clients to define robust change strategies for managing organizational change resulting from transformation programs. She was previously a managing consultant at Appirio, implementing transformational change strategy for clients. She also held consulting and senior manager roles at Accenture for over 10 years, with a focus in change management as well as talent and organization.

Wibben received a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Iowa, with a minor in Business Administration.
