• All the regions where the crane can reach people needs to be regularly maintained with safe distance, and movable objects should be not less than 0.5m away. If people cannot reach and no passageway, then keep space up to 0.1m. One should carry out protection measures if the distance is not maintained.
• The main components of the crane have specific safety requirements in terms of size. The opening increases should be 15%, torsional deformation should be less than 10%, bushing wear should be less than 50%, and plate hook spindle wear should be less than 5%. There should no defects on the hook and pulley.
• Ensure the performance of lifting height limiter and travel limit switch is safe and reliable.
• There should not be any extrusion, deformation, burning, etc. The connection with the clips and wedge to fix the wire rope is in good condition. Balance wheels set should meet the requirements and in good condition.
