As COVID-19 restrictions continue in the D.C Metropolitan area with indoor dining at 25% capacity, Hestia Harlow Pre-Set Valentine's Day (https://hestiaharlow.com/collections/hearthandhome/productdetails/6ed6afd3dd) dinners for two option includes - First Course: Red Endive and Little Gem Salad (DF, GF, NF, VGN, V) watermelon radishes, citrus vinaigrette; Second Course: Sugar Pumpkin and Ricotta Ravioli Hearts (NF,V) sage brown butter, roasted winter squash; Choice of Entrée (select one): Chicken al Mattone (GF, NF) spatchcock chicken, whole roasted flat with garlic, oranges and herbs; Barolo Braised Short Ribs (NF) braised with classic aromatics, onion, carrot, celery, fresh herbs and barolo wine; Celeriac Osso Bucco (DF, GF, NF, VGN, V) vegan celeriac and hearts of palm osso bucco, caramelized mushroom glaze; Bouillabaisse (NF) (+$35 supplement) provençal seafood soup of halibut, scallops, shrimp, clams and mussels, a fragrant seafood broth with tomato, saffron and fennel - includes a classic rouille and baguette rusks - soup is GF, baguette rusks are not GF; Side: Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini and Golden Raisins (DF, GF, VGN, V) meyer lemon, fenugreek, almonds; Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Mirror Cake (NF) dark chocolate mousse layered with milk chocolate nut crunch and devil's food cake, finished with chocolate mirror glaze, red mirror glaze and gold luster - served with raspberry coulis on the side.
