Eric has over 25 years' experience growing and managing businesses through various leadership positions, coaching, consulting and mentoring experiences. Throughout his career he has been involved in building high performing teams and advising businesses on strategy, process, technology, change management and results. Eric is passionate about serving others, and with helping business owners and executives achieve their business, professional and personal dreams. His focus has been in areas such as business growth, financial prosperity, professional development, communication and relationships, and finding work-life balance to name a few.

Prior to FocalPoint, Eric spent years as a CEO Coach and Trainer with Fortune Management, a national business development company, where he helped drive significant growth and transformation. Eric excelled at delivering strategic plans, team development through group facilitation and training, marketing/sales strategy, client acquisition/engagement, financial strategy, and operations functions. Additionally, he worked with onboarding partners, mergers and acquisitions, and exit strategy. Throughout this time Eric offered distinctive training programs and workshops aimed at leadership and business development.

Eric received a MS in Leadership Development from California State University East Bay, In Hayward, CA, a MS in Counseling from the State University of New York, in Oneonta, NY, and a BA in Communications from the State University of New York, in Plattsburgh, NY.
