![]() Do I Really Need A Mold Inspection? So you're thinking on selling your home or maybe you're a buyer looking for your first home.
By: Indoor Environmental Control A home that has a serious mold problem is hard to sell, and for the new owner he's not expecting problems. The cost in repairs and health issues alone can end up costing more than he can handle. Indoor Environmental Control better known as "Moldmen" are now offering for as little as $240 a special mold inspection with includes testing. In the process of inspection and testing for mold, they are offering a free Air Quality Test. This test tells how clean or polluted the air is, and what associated health effects might be a concern. They'll check the levels for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) such as certain solids or liquids, including paints and lacquers, cleaning supplies and disinfecting products, gasoline, benzine and formaldehyde including CO and CO2 readings. During their inspection they use a Thermo Image Camera to visually see hidden moisture areas behind walls and ceilings. A minimum two non-viable samples will be taken and sent to a Certified Approved Laboratory. Addition Mold sampling if needed at $80 each. http://www.moldmen.com Media Contact Indoor Environmental Control ***@att.net 949 350-3620 Photos: https://www.prlog.org/ https://www.prlog.org/ https://www.prlog.org/ https://www.prlog.org/ https://www.prlog.org/ End
