Eric S. Yuan, CEO and Founder of Zoom, to Receive Reach the World's 2021 Cronkite Award

NEW CITY, N.Y. - April 29, 2021 - PRLog -- Eric S. Yuan, CEO and Founder of Zoom Video Communications, Inc, will receive Reach the World's 2021 Cronkite Award for Excellence in Storytelling. Reach the World will present the award at its Virtual Benefit on June 10, 2021.

Eric S. Yuan founded Zoom in 2011. Prior to starting Zoom, Yuan was Corporate Vice President of Engineering at Cisco, where he was responsible for Cisco's collaboration software development. Yuan was one of the founding engineers and Vice President of Engineering at WebEx. Yuan grew the WebEx team from 10 engineers to more than 800 worldwide and contributed to revenue growth from $0 to more than $800M. Yuan is a named inventor on 11 issued and 20 pending patents in real time collaboration. In 2017, Yuan was added to the Business Insider list of the 52 Most Powerful People in Enterprise Tech.
