Jessy Dixon New Album Down Here Lord Released By Sonorous Records

TORONTO - May 5, 2021 - PRLog -- Sonorous Records Inc. has released eleven tracks from the legendary gospel artist Jessy Dixon.  The album titled Down Here Lord features original recordings from our HOB Gospel catalog.  The tracks have been digitally enhanced by Kevin Gibson of Electric Dreams.  Every effort has been made to ensure the integrity and sound of the original recording.  This is more than music, it is gospel history.  "It is an understatement to call the recordings historic"  states Cavric managing partner of Sonorous.

Jessy Dixon was an American gospel music singer, songwriter, and pianist, with success among audiences across racial lines. He garnered seven Grammy award nominations during his career. Musicians with whom he worked include Paul Simon, Andrae Crouch, DeGarmo & Key and most recently Bill Gaither in the Homecoming series of concerts. He wrote songs for Amy Grant, Natalie Cole, Cher, and Diana Ross. Dixon was an ordained minister with Calvary Ministries International of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
