British Actress Making Her Mark In Hollywood!

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - May 5, 2021 - PRLog -- British actress Sandra De Sousa relocated to Los Angeles from London, England, 9 years ago and certainly hasn't looked back!

Since then, due to her considerable talent, experience, and dedicated work ethic she has really reaped sizeable rewards. Early in 2020, Sandra was invited to walk the red carpet at the live 92nd Academy Awards, Oscar Ceremony at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, and attend the very prestigious Governors Ball. This event was live-streamed by Sandra, who shared her highlights (in Portuguese) and interviews from the Ceremony with Brazilian journalist Moema Silva (from TVMais magazine) for her popular online celebrity life-style column. Radio host Federico Moritz from MasMusica.fm a radio station (based in Columbia, South America) later interviews Sandra on her Oscar ceremony experience. Sandra has been incredibly busy working on a number of exciting projects. The most recent and notable are in her role of hip Brit musician 'Sasha Pennington' in the true-crime story "6:38: The Death Of Ronni Chasen" starring alongside Roslyn Gentle (American Crime Story), and in the TV Mini-Series "To the Bitter End: Behind Closed Doors," playing the faithful private investigator 'Kay Riley' who uncovers a ruthless plot.

Shire Productions Executive Producer, Ellery Alexis, also recently announced that Ms. De Sousa is attached to play leading roles in two upcoming projects. 'Belle Demelo' in the Romance, Sci-Fi, Thriller 'Something Beautiful' and 'Sheriff Madeline Bruce' in the Musical Drama, 'Redemption Song.' The team is very excited to have her on board!

Additionally, Sandra heads an International cast of actors in the TV Series "Interlocked." Playing Southern American Doctor, 'Dr. Hope Faulkner' who leads the charge on revealing the health implications of a viral pandemic. And she absolutely delights as eccentric love matchmaker 'Mallory' in "Girl, Chill" a sparkling new comedy TV Series with Janine Gateland (Illville) and Robert Michael (Glow and Titanic: Sinking The Myths). She continues to cause a comedy splash with her current TV Episodic project "SuperZeros," (shooting this May) a brilliant and fresh take on the popular Superhero genre.
