Magnolia Green officially opens The Charleston Club

CHESTERFIELD, Va. - May 14, 2021 - PRLog -- Magnolia Green recently held a successful open house to unveil The Charleston Club, a new $2.5M amenity center designed specifically for its age-targeted, maintenance provided neighborhoods. The amenity center features a 3,500 sq. ft. clubhouse, a zero-entry pool with sun shelf and adjustable umbrellas, two bocce ball courts and a firepit. The Charleston Club recently won Best Community Amenity at the Home Building Association of Richmond's 2021 MAME Awards.

The clubhouse features a clubroom with a supersized smart TV, a fireplace and a warming kitchen. The room is ideal for hosting cocktail parties, birthday celebrations, poker nights, Superbowl parties, and most any other of life's celebrations. Across the hall is a multi-purpose room, with built-in cabinets, countertop and a sink, making it ideal for arts and crafts classes. The tables in the room fold up and move easily, allowing for exercise classes including Yoga and Pilates.
