Spotlight on East Orange Business: Juneteenth chat with John B Houston, Cushnie-Houston Funeral Home

EAST ORANGE, N.J. - June 17, 2021 - PRLog -- On Saturday, June 19, Spotlight on East Orange Business host Anna Banks will have a conversation with entrepreneur John B. Houston of Cushnie-Houston Funeral Home on "Juneteenth – Celebrating Life in Death".

During this live interview, John will share the rich, historical and cultural heritage of one of the first businesses opened by Blacks, after slavery was abolished and the importance of black business in communities like East Orange today.
