Claro announces New Coverage in rural populations of Ecuador in South America

GUAYAQUIL, Ecuador - June 21, 2021 - PRLog -- In Lago Agrio, with the presence of Government authorities and representatives of Claro, the expansion of High Speed Coverage in several towns in Ecuador, was formally announced, including the benefited community of Alao (Chimborazo). Its purpose of bringing connectivity to all corners of the country, providing technology to more inhabitants of rural areas, who experience greater capacity and speed to navigate, is now more than ever, a priority for the telecommunications company, to reduce the social gaps that affect the inequality of certain vulnerable sectors.

The towns of Alao (Chimborazo) and San Sebastian (Manabí) are some of the rural communities that today have connectivity, benefiting their inhabitants with high-speed mobile internet access, through which they can access commerce, tele-education and telemedicine, bridging the digital divide and generating equal opportunities.
