Sam Stark holds over 20 years of experience leading corporate IT strategies for organizations operating in the federal contracting space. He specializes in identifying and integrating technology tools, processes, and policies to support business operations, optimize resources, and drive increased revenue. Sam has also served in several customer-facing roles, partnering with client executive leadership to define and execute enterprise-level information technology and cyber programs throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence community.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Stark will oversee all aspects of OneZero's strategic technological plans, overseeing data security and management, and envisioning how different forms of technology will be used throughout the company and its associated contracts.
