Through his career Mohamad has occupied several high profile senior positions including Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Lafarge Cement. Shehab has been instrumental in expanding Durasein's international sales teams, strengthening strategies, and further fostering relationships with Durasein distributors. As an expert in formulating, implementing, reviewing, and updating strategies, Mohamad will also be instrumental in developing the company's network of brand partners across the globe while he serves as Global Sales Director. Frédéric Ségrétinat joins the Durasein team as an authority in business development and commercial activities, having an extensive history in sales excellence and transformation for technical materials in B2B within the building and construction field. While living in Paris, Frédéric has developed key experiences and competencies in commercial performance, business and commercial strategies, operational execution through people and partners, and strategic negotiation with international key accounts. With Durasein, he will be promoting the brand as Business & Commercial Director for Europe, while fostering sales through an optimized Go-To-Market strategy. Driving the material's demand throughout the creative community, focusing on design decision-makers such as Architects and Designers. Pam Dervarics brought her sales expertise to Durasein early 2021, accompanied by valuable experience in sales and leadership roles. As the previous Director of Specifications at Wurth Baer Supply Company, Pam knows the materials world like the back of her hand. Now she has taken on the role as Durasein's Specification Development Manager which includes all aspects of architecture and design in relation to solid surfaces. In addition to her role, she will be educating, consulting, and communicating with architects and designers about Durasein, while tracking all leads across the United States.
