Black-owned urban farm CEO, Shafiqah Sharif to be interviewed on Spotlight on East Orange Business

EAST ORANGE, N.J. - July 11, 2021 - PRLog -- On Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 6:30 EST, Spotlight on East Orange Business' host Anna Banks will Interview Pea Shoots & Co's, Shafiqah Sharif. During the live interview, Shafiqah will share her journey into urban farming, entrepreneurship and its importance in the black community.

Shafiqah Sharif founded Pea Shoots & Co on 01/27/2021, joining the growing ranks of, black-owned farms in the United States. Pea Shoots & Co is headquartered in East Orange NJ and specializes in the production of naturally grown microgreens using organic material.

The Mission of Pea Shoots & Co is to bring awareness to the benefits of eating to live, by foods our hands can produce, our eyes can see, and our souls can process.
