Follow on Google News | Christian Values Frame a Story of Redemption in "After Ever After"By: TouchPoint Press Huckabee states that "After Ever After" holds some of her most challenging writing due to its awareness of "subject matter most of us would prefer to ignore—infidelity in marriage and abusive relationships." They marry straight out of college, dreaming of their 'happily ever after.' Not long after they marry, Richard's company lands a huge contract. Susan feels neglected—and runs right into the arms of the man who organized the contract, Mark Tripton. About Anna Huckabee Anna grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She started writing when she was in kindergarten. She wrote her first novel when she was nine years old. Her dream was to grow up to be a "real" writer. In 2011, she participated in her first Nanowrimo and finished her first "real" novel and the dream became a reality. She has participated every year since. Today, Anna lives with her husband and six children in Uganda, East Africa. They teach and help refugees from Rwanda, Burundi, and Congo and have four churches in the refugee camp. She and her family visit the United States from time to time, but her heart is in Africa. However, she loves St. Louis so much that aspects of the city figure in many of her books. She writes when she can steal a minute—primarily during Nanowrimo every November and any other time she can manage.
